  1.     Trekking Notes.
  • On the SUP/Kayak day, we will start to paddle from Ta Lang to the campsite and get through Tu San Valley. The distance is 4km and the same direction as the river current. When we paddle to Tu San Valley, depending on the weather, and seasons in a year it might have wind or strong wind force; however, Tu San Valley is just 200m long so it is not a big deal to overcome it.
  • Before starting to paddle, a tour guide will instruct you on paddling techniques, safety reminders, and timelines. You have to wear a life jacket, and a leg strap (leash). Those people with the first experience of SUP paddling, should not stand right on the SUP from the starting point. After starting around 1 km - 2 km, when you feel more confident with the water, you can start standing to paddle.
  • When paddling, you need to avoid places with strong water flow or hindrances like tree branches, and rocks. Paddle close to the bank and be cautious of the moving of the electric boats.
  • The supporting boat accompanies us while paddling. In case you want to stop paddling and using the boat, please inform the tour guide.
  • Noted that, If you can swim and are good at paddling, you can take off your life jacket and tie it on SUP but do not remove the leg straps totally.
  • On the third day, we will hike around 5-6km along the magical rocky cliff. This trekking route is quite easy with the most speculator landscape in Vietnam. The trail is not difficult but we need to wear sports shoes or sports sandals (flip-flops are not allowed).
  1. Camping at Nho Que River
  • The campsite of Umove Adventure is located on the Nho Que River bank which is the best view in Tu San Valley. We use a double tent, blanket, and mattress. At the campsite, we have hot water to shower and a clean washroom.
  1. Food and drink
  • All meals are on a tour with a variety of food; moreover, with local cuisine. If you are vegetarian or dieting, please inform the UA executive department in advance to prepare an appropriate meal for you. In case, you have a special food requirement that we could not meet your need (cause of health, medication, religion, etc.). We suggest you bring your own food.
  • Drinking water will be provided on a bus and during paddling time. Umove Adventure encourages customers to limit the use of single-use plastic and nylon products, so we recommend that you bring a water bottle (reusable type) to refill water from the large drum provided by us.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed during SUP paddling, Kayaking, or trekking. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not included in the meals.
  1. Protecting the environment together
  • Umove Adventure supports and practices Leave No Trace principles in each program and outdoor activities itself. We also encourage our customers and partners to apply the Leave No Trace principles when traveling in the outdoor environment. See details about the Leave No Trace session here
  • In order to limit the use of single-use plastic bottles, Umove Adventure encourages each of us to prepare for ourselves a bottle of water with a 1L capacity for daily water refilling.
  • On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination.
  1.     Medical alert
