    1. Travel insurance
    1. Refer to the postpose policy, and cancel the tour in the requirement and instructions tại đây
    2.     Read and sign the exclude all liability before departing:

Hence the customer is asked to read and sign the Exclude all Liability form before departing. Find the form below and read it carefully.

              Phiếu miễn trừ trách nhiệm.

    1.     Trekking Notes.
    • The trekking route to get to the peak is not tough, there is an easy-going trail but some sections are quite steep eventually from around 100m to 200m.
    • In summer, the temperature at the bottom of the mountain is quite high; however, from the height of 700m and above, the temperature is significantly dropped, and cloudy on the peak is common.
    • Because of the soil trail, and the high slope, if rain occurs before the tour, Umove Adventure will have an alternative solution such as moving to another tour or activity. Depending on the weather, canceling the trekking activity might happen as well.
    1. Equipment:
    • A participant has to read carefully the gear list which is suggested by UA to have a good preparation for the trip.
    • UA recommends you bring your backpack which is under 2kg weight. 10L of a backpack is the ideal one with the purpose of bringing water, food, and a couple of personal clothes. Clothes for changing after the trek will be left at the glamping point before hiking.
    1. Food/drink:
    • Picnic mealtime on the mountain is a basic food like a sandwich or sticky rice with meat, and fruit is a dessert.
    • Drinking water is supplied on a bus and paddling time. Umove Adventure encourages customers to limit the use of single-use plastic and nylon products, so we recommend that you bring a water bottle (reusable type) to refill water from the large drum provided by us.
    • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed during  SUP, kayak, or trek. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not included in the meals.
    1.   Protecting the environment together
    • Umove Adventure supports and practices Leave No Trace principles in each program and outdoor activities itself. We also encourage our customers and partners to apply to Leave No Trace principles when traveling in the outdoor environment. See details about the Leave No Trace session here
    • In order to limit the use of single-use plastic, Umove Adventure encourages each of us to prepare for ourselves a bottle of water with a 1L capacity for daily water refilling.
    • On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination.
    1.     Medical alert
    • If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should visit your doctor before deciding to join the trip. A basic first-aid bag will be carried by the tour guide. If you have health problems that require preventive medicine, please prepare for your own.
    • In any case, if you swim, you have to wear a life jacket.
