Tour Postponement & Cancellation Policy

1. If a customer wishes to cancel the tour
Umove Adventure will apply the following Tour Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 15 days or more before the departure date: 100% refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation 10 to 14 days before the departure date: 30% of the amount paid will be forfeited.

  • Cancellation 5 to 10 days before the departure date: 50% of the amount paid will be forfeited.

  • Cancellation 3 to 5 days before the departure date: 70% of the amount paid will be forfeited.

  • Cancellation within 2 days before the departure date: 100% of the amount paid will be forfeited.

2. If a group (from 2 people or more) wants to reduce the number of participants before the departure date
The cancellation policy above (Item 1) will be applied individually to the person(s) canceling.

3. For requests to change the tour departure date or switch to a different tour
Customers must notify Umove Adventure at least 15 days prior to the original departure date via email, Zalo, or phone.
If notice is given less than 15 days in advance, the Tour Cancellation Policy in Item 1 will apply.

4. If one or more members in a group booking wish to change the tour date or switch to a different tour
The group discount policy will no longer be applicable if the remaining number of participants no longer meets the required condition for the discount.

5. If Umove Adventure has to cancel a group tour due to insufficient number of participants
Customers will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid or may postpone the amount paid indefinitely to another departure date or a different tour.

6. If Umove Adventure is forced to cancel a tour due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, etc.)
The amount paid will be postponed for up to 1 year from the payment date. Customers can either join the original tour at a later date or switch to another tour. If no tour is taken within 1 year, Umove Adventure will refund 100% of the amount paid.
