How to book a tour

If a customer books a group tour with a fixed departure date: On the detailed tour page of any tour, the customer can select a suitable departure date in the tour schedule section and register for the tour following the step-by-step instructions on the website.

The steps are as follows

1. Fill out booking information:

  • Number of adults
  • Number of children (including their birth dates)
  • Full names of each participant
  • ID card/passport numbers for each participant
  • Contact information (name, phone number, email)
  • Choose whether to make a 50% deposit of the tour cost. If not selected, the full 100% payment is required.

2. Payment for the tour:

  • Transfer the tour cost to the provided bank account on the website.
  • Capture a screenshot of the successful payment notification.
  • Upload the screenshot of the successful payment notification to the designated link on the website.

3. Booking confirmation and personal information:

  • A confirmation page will appear on the customer's computer/phone, thanking them for registering for a tour with Umove Adventure and providing detailed booking information.
  • Simultaneously, an email confirmation of the booking will be automatically sent to the contact person's email. This email will include a link to a form where customers can provide their personal information. This information is necessary for Umove Adventure to prepare appropriately for each customer, such as identifying food allergies, health concerns, outdoor skills level, etc.
  • The contact person will share this information with each member of the tour group so they can fill in their individual details.


If a customer is booking a private tour with an existing itinerary, the steps to follow on the tour's detail page are as follows:

1. Fill out booking information, including:

  • Select the desired departure date.
  • Specify the number of adults.
  • Specify the number of children.
  • Provide contact information (name, phone number, email).
  • The system will automatically calculate the tour cost based on the number of adults, the number of children, and the chosen departure date.

2. Confirm the private tour booking:

  • A confirmation page will appear on the customer's computer/phone, thanking them for registering for a tour with Umove Adventure and providing detailed booking information.
  • Customer's private tour booking details will be forwarded to Umove Adventure's tour management department. They will assess the feasibility and respond within 1 hour if the customer registered during business hours, or no later than 8:30 am the next day if registered after business hours.

3. Booking confirmation and payment:

  • Umove Adventure will assess the feasibility of the booking for the requested date.
  • Contact the customer to confirm the booking's feasibility via phone or email.
  • Provide payment instructions to the customer.
  • The customer will make the tour payment through a bank transfer (either a 50% deposit or 100% payment).
  • Umove Adventure will confirm the booking via email.
  • The confirmation email will contain a link to a form where each customer can provide their personal information. This information is necessary for Umove Adventure to prepare appropriately for each customer, such as identifying food allergies, health concerns, and assessing their outdoor skills.

The contact person will share this information with each member of the private tour group for them to fill in their individual details.

 

 

If a customer has a request for designing a custom tour program, the process typically involves the following steps:

  • Customer visits the "Custom Tour Design" page and follows the step-by-step instructions on the website.
  • The customer's custom tour request is forwarded to Umove Adventure's tour management department.
  • Umove Adventure assesses the feasibility of the customer's request, taking into account the specific requirements and preferences outlined by the customer.
  • Umove Adventure responds to the customer's custom tour request within a reasonable timeframe. If the customer submits their request during business hours, they can expect a response within 1 hour. If the request is made outside of business hours, the response will be provided no later than 8:30 am the following day.

This process allows Umove Adventure to evaluate the customer's unique needs and create a tailored tour program that aligns with their preferences and requirements. It ensures that the customer's custom tour is feasible and can be executed according to their specifications.
