Kiên is one of the founders of Umove JSC and serves as CEO of Umove Adventure.

With deep experience in the tourism industry, Kiên has progressed through diverse roles—from tour guide to sales specialist, product director, and operations director—at leading travel companies in Vietnam.

As an outdoor specialist, Kiên is an expert in SUP, kayaking, and wilderness survival. His passion and expertise drive Umove Adventure's commitment to delivering authentic, safe, and thrilling outdoor experiences.

Chiến is one of the founding members of Umove Adventure and the person who defines the quality standards for the services we provide to our customers. After many years in charge of system development, Chiến currently serves as Deputy Director responsible for finance and systems at Umove Adventure, while also managing affiliated projects Sun May and K'lang Adventure.

Ngọc Anh has been a dedicated member of Umove Adventure since the company's founding days. In February 2023, she assumed the role of Marketing Department Manager.

With boundless passion and commitment, Ngọc Anh and her team are tirelessly working to spread the word about Umove Adventure—inviting more people to discover and fall in love with our authentic outdoor adventures.

Trung was born in Gia Lai and has spent many years closely connected to conservation areas and national parks in the Central Highlands. As a passionate adventure tourism enthusiast, Trung has independently acquired a wide range of essential outdoor skills, including First Aid, Wilderness Rescue, Scuba Diving, Survival, and more.
Currently, Trung holds the position of Product & Equipment Manager at Umove Adventure.

Trang graduated with a degree in Accounting but has always been passionate about adventure tourism and exploration. After graduation, she worked in various roles at several tourism companies before joining Umove Adventure in 2024.

Currently, Trang holds the position of Head of Inbound Tourism Department. With her enthusiasm and professionalism, Trang aims to bring Umove Adventure's high-quality adventure tourism experiences closer to international visitors.

Hằng spent 10 years working in the banking sector, achieving admirable accomplishments before transitioning to the tourism industry and joining the Umove Adventure team. As a passionate individual who loves exploratory travel and always prioritizes customer satisfaction, Hằng holds the role of Sales Manager, with the goal of positioning Umove Adventure among the top 3 most beloved adventure tourism companies in Vietnam.

Lâm serves as Operations Department Manager, leading a team of 4 dedicated staff members. His key responsibility is to ensure every tour is meticulously prepared and delivered to the highest quality standards.

With his strong dedication and keen attention to detail, Lâm plays a vital role in creating exceptional experiences and ensuring complete customer satisfaction on every adventure.
