For customers booking a group tour (shared tour) with fixed departure dates:
On the detailed tour page for any tour, select your preferred departure date from the tour calendar/schedule section, then follow the step-by-step registration instructions on the website.
The process is as follows:
1. Fill in booking information
- Number of adults
- Number of children (include date of birth)
- Full name of each participant
- CCCD/ID card or passport number for each participant
- Contact person's details (name, phone number, email)
- Option to pay a 50% deposit of the tour fee. If not selected, full 100% payment of the tour fee is required.
2. Make tour payment:
- Transfer the tour amount to the bank account listed on the website.
- Take a screenshot of the successful transfer confirmation.
- Upload the screenshot of the successful transfer confirmation via the link provided on the website.
3. Booking confirmation & providing personal information:
Your computer/phone screen will display a confirmation page: "Thank you for registering for the tour at Umove Adventure," along with the detailed booking information.
At the same time, the system will automatically send a booking confirmation email to the contact person's email address. This email includes a link to a form where each participant can provide their personal details. This helps Umove Adventure prepare optimally for every guest (e.g., food allergies, any health issues, outdoor skill level, etc.).
The contact person should forward this link to all tour participants so they can fill in their individual information.

If the customer wants to book a private tour using an existing fixed itinerary (private/custom departure date):
On the detailed tour page for any tour, click the [Đăng ký tour riêng] button (or "Book Private Tour") and follow the step-by-step instructions on the website.
The process is as follows:
1. Fill in booking information
- Desired departure date
- Number of adults
- Number of children
- Contact person's details (name, phone number, email)
The system will automatically calculate the tour cost based on the number of adults, number of children, and selected departure date.
Submit private tour request:
Your computer/phone screen will display a confirmation page: "Thank you for registering for the tour at Umove Adventure," along with the detailed booking information.
Your tour request will be forwarded directly to the Umove Adventure tour operations team.
We will check feasibility and respond within 1 hour if submitted during business hours, or by 08:30 AM the next morning at the latest if submitted after business hours.
2. Booking confirmation & payment:
Umove Adventure will verify the availability for your requested date.
We will contact you by phone or email to confirm whether the booking is feasible.
Once confirmed, we will provide payment instructions.
You can pay by bank transfer: either a 50% deposit or full 100% payment.
Umove Adventure will send a final booking confirmation email.

If the customer has a request for a custom/private tour program (tailor-made itinerary):
Customers go to the "Custom Tour Design" page (or "Thiết kế tour riêng") and follow the step-by-step instructions on the website. Once submitted, your tour request information will be forwarded directly to the Umove Adventure tour operations team.
We will check feasibility and respond within 1 hour if the request is submitted during business hours, or by 08:30 AM the next morning at the latest if submitted after business hours.
