Essential stuff you need to bring:
Other items you may consider to bring:
1. Travel insurance
● Umove Adventure uses service from Bảo Việt Insurance with a maximum insurance payout of 100 million VND/person/case.
● See the Bao Viet policy of insurance Quy tắc bảo hiểm Bảo Việt.
2. Referring to the postpose policy, and cancel the tour in the requirement and instructions here.

● The customers who buy adventure tours from Umove Adventure have enough awareness about the level of challenge as well as other physical challenges and other potential dangers during the tour. Hence the customer is asked to read and sign the Exclude all Liability form before departing. Find the form below and read it carefully.
4. Notes on the SUP Paddling and trekking route
● At Hang E we will paddle about 3-4km in a completely dark cave so individuals must use helmets with lights provided by UA. Because the cave is quite narrow and the number of SUPs in the cave is limited, we may have to divide into groups to paddle into the cave.
● When paddling on the river, you need to pay attention to avoid obstacles such as tree branches, rocks, and observe to avoid other water vehicles traveling on the river... Note, if you know how to swim and have a lot of paddling experience, you can take off your life jacket and tie it on the SUP, but absolutely do not remove the leg rope.
● Our trekking route is quite gentle with short walking time and easy trails. However, you still need to have suitable sports shoes or walking shoes to have a safe and comfortable trekking trip in the forest.
5. Food & Drinks
● If you are on a diet or vegetarian, you need to inform UA management in advance so that we can prepare suitable food for you. In case you have special dietary requirements that we cannot meet (for health, medical, religious reasons, etc.), we recommend that you prepare your own food.
● Drinking water will be provided daily. UA encourages customers to limit the use of single-use plastic and nylon products, so we recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle to fill up with water from the large bottle we provide.
● Alcoholic beverages are not permitted while SUPing, kayaking or trekking. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not included in meals.
6. Protecting the environment together
● Umove Adventure supports and practices Leave No Trace principles in each program and outdoor activities itself. We also encourage our customers and partners to apply to Leave No Trace principles when traveling in the outdoor environment. See details about the Leave No Trace tại đây
● In order to limit the use of single-use plastic, Umove Adventure encourages each of us to prepare for ourselves a bottle of water with a 1L capacity for daily water refilling.
● On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination.
7. Medical assistance
● If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should consult your doctor before deciding to join the trip.
● In any case, if you go into the water to swim, you must wear a life jacket.
The best time to join this tour is from March to August, with the most pleasant weather typically from March to May.
This tour is suitable for children from 12 years old and above, accompanied by their parents or adults.
This is a medium-difficulty outing (6/10), which is suitable for most people, including those with little or no experience in trekking or SUP paddling. The forest trail is not steep and the trekking distance is short. Similarly, the river is calm and the paddling distance is not long, making SUP paddling quite easy. However, you should still review the notes and preparation guidelines for a 6/10 difficulty trip [here].
When registering for the tour, customers are required to pay a 50% deposit via bank transfer or card payment through Onepay. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than one day before departure, also via bank transfer or credit card through Onepay.
Umove Adventure will not confirm the booking until the deposit has been received.
Depending on how far in advance you cancel or postpone the tour, a cancellation fee may apply. If you wish to change your departure date or switch to another tour, Umove Adventure will reschedule you and may or may not charge a fee. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
You need to inform Umove Adventure about your vegetarian or special dietary requirements when booking. We will check if the destination can meet your needs and inform you accordingly. In most cases, Umove Adventure can offer vegetarian options depending on the tour’s location.
Umove Adventure does not organize tours specifically designed for guests with pets, so bringing pets will depend on the agreement of the other participants in the group. If you wish to bring your pet, Umove Adventure will ask the other group members for their consent. You will be fully responsible for maintaining hygiene and ensuring the safety of your pet throughout the trip.
For group tours (if you are traveling alone), Umove Adventure will pair you with another participant of the same gender to share a room. If you prefer a private room, a single supplement fee will apply.
If you become too tired to continue paddling, you must immediately notify the guide or support boat for assistance. There will be a motorboat accompanying the tour for support. In such cases, you can board the motorboat to continue with the group for the remainder of the tour.
Yes, non-swimmers can still participate, provided that you strictly follow all safety instructions from the guide. All participants who wish to get into the water for swimming must wear a life jacket and a leash at all times.
This tour is rated 6/10 in difficulty, so even those who have never paddled a SUP can still participate. Before getting on the water, the guide will instruct the group on basic paddling skills and essential safety techniques. You will also have time to get familiar with the SUP before starting the activity.
