4. Notes on the SUP Paddling and trekking route

● At Hang E we will paddle about 3-4km in a completely dark cave so individuals must use helmets with lights provided by UA. Because the cave is quite narrow and the number of SUPs in the cave is limited, we may have to divide into groups to paddle into the cave.

● When paddling on the river, you need to pay attention to avoid obstacles such as tree branches, rocks, and observe to avoid other water vehicles traveling on the river... Note, if you know how to swim and have a lot of paddling experience, you can take off your life jacket and tie it on the SUP, but absolutely do not remove the leg rope.

● Our trekking route is quite gentle with short walking time and easy trails. However, you still need to have suitable sports shoes or walking shoes to have a safe and comfortable trekking trip in the forest.

5. Food & Drinks

● If you are on a diet or vegetarian, you need to inform UA management in advance so that we can prepare suitable food for you. In case you have special dietary requirements that we cannot meet (for health, medical, religious reasons, etc.), we recommend that you prepare your own food.

● Drinking water will be provided daily. UA encourages customers to limit the use of single-use plastic and nylon products, so we recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle to fill up with water from the large bottle we provide.

● Alcoholic beverages are not permitted while SUPing, kayaking or trekking. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not included in meals.

6. Protecting the environment together

● Umove Adventure supports and practices Leave No Trace principles in each program and outdoor activities itself. We also encourage our customers and partners to apply to Leave No Trace principles when traveling in the outdoor environment. See details about the Leave No Trace tại đây

● In order to limit the use of single-use plastic, Umove Adventure encourages each of us to prepare for ourselves a bottle of water with a 1L capacity for daily water refilling.

● On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination.

7. Medical assistance

● If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should consult your doctor before deciding to join the trip.

● In any case, if you go into the water to swim, you must wear a life jacket.
