Itinerary
1st day: Ha Noi – Tuyen Quang – Na Hang – Camping Site

06:30 - The group gathers at the meeting point. The car and tour guide pick up the group and depart for Na Hang, Tuyen Quang. On the way, the car will stop for a 15-minute breakfast break.

12:00 - Arriving at Na Hang Wharf. The group transfers belongings onto the boat and begins the journey to explore the Na Hang - Lam Binh Nature Reserve. Lunch is served on board while enjoying the stunning natural scenery.

13:30 - The boat docks, and the group treks to Khuoi Nhi Waterfall – a magnificent, multi-tiered waterfall cascading into a small lake at its base. Experience climbing the waterfall, swimming in the cool stream, and relaxing with a natural fish massage.

15:30 - Returning to the boat and traveling to Khuoi Sung Cave. The group will wear life jackets and swim into the cave. Enjoy some leisure time with fresh fruits and cold drinks.

17:00 - Continue by boat to arrive at the camping site – a small islet in the middle of the lake with a wide grassy area. All camping equipment will be pre-arranged for a memorable night.

19:00 - Having a delicious BBQ dinner by a blazing campfire and raising a toast to an unforgettable day. Overnight camping in tents, fully equipped with insulated mats, sleeping bags, and tent lights.

2nd day: Na Hang – Ha Noi

06:00 - Waking up early to catch the brilliant sunrise amidst breathtaking natural surroundings. Having breakfast with tea, coffee, and fresh fruit.

07:30 - Packing up and removing the campsite.

08:30 - Receiving SUP boards and safety instructions. This morning, we will paddle 4 km on SUP through the majestic and poetic landscape of Na Hang, Lam Binh.

11:00 - Arriving at Coc Vai, board the boat for lunch. During lunch, the boat will return to Na Hang Wharf.

14:00 - The boat docks at Na Hang Wharf. The car picks up the group for the return trip to Ha Noi. 

19:00 - Arriving in Hanoi. End of the tour.

Difficulty of the activity

Difficulty Level (6/10): Most people can participate in the tour, children from 6 years old and above also can join with parents. It will be easier and more comfortable for you to experience outdoor activities if you have good preparation for physical training before the trip. The duration of each trip is 2 days generally. With those trekking tours at this level, it might take 2 – 3 hours/day to do the trek with the quite easy terrain. At the same level, the kayaking and SUP tours, 2 – 3 hours/ days paddling with the large water surface, and plenty of times to take photos and rest as well.

Suggested physical training: Practice running or kayaking/SUP 1 - 2 weeks in advance. Run twice a week, each session 3 - 5km every night. Or paddling from 2- 3 times, each time is 5 km.

1. Travel insurance

● Umove Adventure uses service from Bảo Việt Insurance with a maximum insurance payout of 100 million VND/person/case.

● The customers who buy adventure tours from Umove Adventure have enough awareness about the level of challenge as well as other physical challenges and other potential dangers during the tour. Hence the customer is asked to read and sign the Exclude all Liability form before departing. Find the form below and read it carefully.

4. Notes on the SUP & Trek Route

● The SUP route is about 4km long and is in a lake with calm water. When SUPing, be sure to paddle close to the right bank and avoid obstacles on the water surface such as rocks, tree branches and river vehicles.

5. Food & Drink

● If you are on a diet or vegetarian, you need to inform UA management in advance so that we can prepare suitable food for you. In case you have special dietary requirements that we cannot meet (for health, medical, religious reasons, etc.), we recommend that you prepare your own food.

● Drinking water will be provided daily. UA encourages customers to limit the use of single-use plastic and nylon products, so we recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle to fill up with water from the large bottle we provide.

● Alcoholic beverages are not permitted while paddling SUP, kayaking or trekking. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not included in meals.

6. Protecting the environment together

● Umove Adventure supports and practices Leave No Trace principles in each program and outdoor activities itself. We also encourage our customers and partners to apply to Leave No Trace principles when traveling in the outdoor environment. See details about the Leave No Trace tại đây

● In order to limit the use of single-use plastic, Umove Adventure encourages each of us to prepare for ourselves a bottle of water with a 1L capacity for daily water refilling.

● On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination. 

7. Medical assistance

● If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should consult your doctor before deciding to join the trip. 

● We only provide first aid during the tour and do not provide any oral medication so if you have any health problems that require precautionary medication please bring your own.

1. When is the best time to join this tour?

The best time is from March to October, with the most pleasant weather typically from March to May and September to October.

 

2. From what age can children join this tour?

This tour is suitable for children 10 years and older, provided they are accompanied by parents or responsible adults.

 

3. Can I join this tour if I have no SUP paddling experience?

This is a moderate-level outing (6/10), suitable for most people, including those with little or no SUP paddling experience. The water surface is calm and the distance is not long, so paddling is quite manageable.

 

4. How much deposit do I need to pay, and when is the remaining balance due?

When booking the tour, you are required to pay a 50% deposit via bank transfer or credit card through Onepay. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than one day before departure, also via bank transfer or credit card through Onepay.

UA will not confirm your booking until the deposit has been successfully received.

 

5. Can I postpone or cancel the tour before departure?

Postponement or cancellation fees depend on how far in advance you notify us before the departure date. If you wish to reschedule or switch to another tour, Umove Adventure will assist you and may or may not apply a fee. Please see our Cancellation and Postponement Policy for full details.

 

6. Can the tour accommodate vegetarian or special dietary requests?

Please inform Umove Adventure before booking about any vegetarian or special dietary requirements. We will check whether the destination can accommodate your needs and notify you accordingly. Generally, Umove Adventure can provide vegetarian options depending on the specific tour location.

 

7. Can I bring my pet (dog/cat) on the tour?

Umove Adventure does not offer tours specifically designed for guests with pets. Bringing pets will depend on the approval of other tour participants. If you wish to bring your pet, Umove Adventure will consult with the rest of the group. You will be fully responsible for maintaining hygiene and ensuring the safety of your pet during the tour.

 

8. What if I get too tired to continue paddling SUP/kayak?

If you feel too tired to continue paddling, you must promptly inform the tour guide or the support boat. This tour includes a motorboat escort, so if you are unable to continue paddling, you can board the support boat and follow the group for the remainder of the tour.

 

9. Can I join the tour if I can’t swim?

Yes, non-swimmers can still participate, provided you strictly follow the safety instructions of the tour guide at all times.
