● The customers who buy adventure tours from Umove Adventure have enough awareness about the level of challenge as well as other physical challenges and other potential dangers during the tour. Hence the customer is asked to read and sign the Exclude all Liability form before departing. Find the form below and read it carefully.

                    Phiếu miễn trừ trách nhiệm.

4. Notes on the trekking route

● On the day of SUP/Kayak paddling, we will start paddling from Ta Lang to the camping spot and through Tu San Gorge. The paddling distance is 4km and downstream. When we paddle through Tu San Gorge, depending on the weather and season of the year, there may be quite strong headwinds, however, Tu San Gorge is only about 200m long so it is not too difficult to overcome.

● Before starting to paddle, the tour guide will instruct you on how to paddle and notes on safety and the route. You need to wear a life jacket and wear a full leash. For those paddling SUP for the first time, you should not stand directly on the SUP from the starting point. After starting about 1km -2km, if you feel more comfortable and confident with the water flow, you can start paddling standing up.

● When paddling on the lake, you need to pay attention to avoid obstacles such as tree branches, rocks, etc. Paddling close to the shore and watching out for motorboats circulating on the lake.

● We will have a motorboat escorting us throughout the rowing time. In case you want to use a rowing boat, please inform the tour guide.

● Note, if you know how to swim and have a lot of experience rowing, you can take off your life jacket and tie it on the SUP but absolutely do not remove the leg straps.

On the 2nd day, we will walk about 5-6 km along the Divine Cliff. This walking route is quite easy and has the most majestic scenery in Vietnam. The path is not difficult but you need to wear sports shoes or sandals (you cannot wear flip-flops).

5. Camping at Nho Que River:

● Umove Adventure's campsite is located on the Nho Que River with a beautiful view of Tu San Canyon. We use double tents with warm blankets and mattresses. At the campsite, there is hot water for bathing and clean toilets.

6. Food & drinks

● The meals on the tour are quite diverse and have many "local identities". If you are on a diet or vegetarian, you need to inform UA's management in advance so that we can prepare suitable food for you. In case you have special dietary requirements that we cannot meet (for health, medical, religious reasons, etc.), we recommend that you prepare your own food.

● Drinking water will be provided on the vehicle and while paddling. Umove Adventure encourages customers to limit the use of single-use plastic and nylon products, so we recommend that you bring a water bottle (reusable type) to fill the large bottle provided by us.

● Alcoholic beverages are not allowed when paddling SUP, kayaking or trekking. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are not included in meals.

7. Protecting the environment together

● Umove Adventure supports and practices Leave No Trace principles in each program and outdoor activities itself. We also encourage our customers and partners to apply to Leave No Trace principles when traveling in the outdoor environment. See details about the Leave No Trace tại đây

● In order to limit the use of single-use plastic, Umove Adventure encourages each of us to prepare for ourselves a bottle of water with a 1L capacity for daily water refilling.

● On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination.

8. Medical assistance

● If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should consult your doctor before deciding to join the trip.

● The tour guide will carry a basic first aid kit. If you have any medical problems that require medication, you should bring your own medication.

Hỏi & đáp về tour
1. What is the best time to go on this program?

Ha Giang is beautiful in every season, but each season has its unique highlights. If you go during the Lunar New Year, you will see peach and plum blossoms like in other regions of the Northeast and Northwest. From October to December, the buckwheat flowers bloom, covering the fields in Meo Vac and Dong Van. March is the season for beautiful red silk cotton flowers. Additionally, there are white and yellow mustard flowers blooming in winter. The summer months from April to September are very suitable for SUP and kayak tours on the Nho Que River. Therefore, it’s hard to say which season is the best to visit Ha Giang.
