Itinerary
Sapa – Tram Ton – Fansipan Peak - Cable Car Station - Sapa

06:00 The group gathers at the designated meeting point in Sapa. Your tour guide welcomes the group, checks attendance, and provides a briefing on the day’s itinerary. Participants review their personal gear and make final preparations for the challenging trek ahead.

06:30 Depart by vehicle for Tram Ton, the gateway to Hoang Lien National Park. Along the way, enjoy views of winding mountain roads, terraced rice fields, and the dramatic landscapes of Northwest Vietnam.

Upon arrival, the group completes the necessary registration procedures with the National Park Management Board before starting the trek.

07:00 The journey to conquer the “Roof of Indochina” officially begins. The trail initially leads through mountain forest before reaching more open terrain, with relatively gentle sections following the ridgelines.

11:00 Stop for a well-earned rest and lunch at approximately 2,800 meters above sea level. Surrounded by the fresh mountain air and expansive scenery, enjoy a simple but hearty meal and recharge for the more challenging section ahead.

11:45 Resume trekking toward the summit. The trail becomes increasingly demanding, with steep slopes and potentially slippery, moss-covered sections. As you gain elevation, the landscape gradually changes, with dense forest giving way to lower alpine vegetation.

14:00 Reach the summit of Fansipan at 3,143 meters – the highest mountain in Vietnam and Indochina. Take time for photos at the summit marker, enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery, and celebrate the achievement of reaching the “Roof of Indochina.”

15:00 Descend from the summit area to the upper Fansipan Cable Car Station at approximately 3,000 meters. Board the cable car for the scenic journey back down the mountain.

15:30 Arrive at the cable car base station, where the vehicle will be waiting to transfer the group back to Sapa town, marking the end of the Fansipan trekking adventure.
