This short tour takes you to explore the National Park and Dam Tre Bay where you can walk in the forest and enjoy the sea. Difficulty Level (4/10): Everyone can participate, including children. The activities are gentle, so no physical preparation or prior experience is needed. The tour typically lasts 1-2 days. For trekking tours at this level, the trek time is about 1 to 2 hours per day, with easy terrain. Kayak or SUP tours at this level involve paddling for 1 to 2 hours per day, with plenty of time for photo stops and breaks.

Experience/skills requirement: Low Physical requirement: Medium Duration: 2 – 3 days Outdoor activity duration: 4 – 6 hours/day Children: From 12 years old can participate.

Suggested physical training: Start paddling (kayak/SUP) 1-2 weeks before the tour. Jogging twice a week, 3-5 km per session, or paddling 2-3 times a week, 5 km per session.

● The customers who buy adventure tours from Umove Adventure have enough awareness about the level of challenge as well as other physical challenges and other potential dangers during the tour. 4. Notes on tour activities:

● The activities on the tour are of average level and do not require much physical strength. The requirements for trekking and diving experience are also at an average level. However, a very prominent highlight of this tour is the activity of watching sea turtles lay eggs on the beach, which requires following the instructions of the rangers.

● Overnight at the ranger station on the night of watching sea turtles lay eggs has very basic conditions. At the ranger station, there are private rooms for 2 people or 3,4 people/room. However, in case of many guests, you may have to sleep in a hammock.

5. Food & Beverages

● Meals are local and include seafood. If you are allergic to seafood or have any food restrictions, please let Umove Adventure know when booking your tour.

● On the tour, tourists comply with the instructions and regulations on environmental protection at the destination. 

7. Medical assistance

● If you have cardiovascular disease or bone and joint diseases (knees, ankles, shoulder joints, etc.), you should consult your doctor before deciding to join the trip. 

● The tour guide will carry a basic first aid kit. If you have any medical problems that require medication, you should bring your own medication.
